FRESNO -- With a minute remaining and her team down two points Saturday afternoon, Independence High School backup guard Khiylah Dean found herself with the ball and a wide-open look at the basket from behind the 3-point line.

"This was the biggest moment of my life," Dean said.

"It was a once-in-a-lifetime thing. The highest moment in my lifetime so far," said Kirksey, a senior guard for the Wolf Pack.

RENO -- Jeremy Wise scored 24 points and Renaldo Major added 22 as the Bakersfield Jam cruised to a 116-98 victory over the Reno Bighorns on Saturday.
