Kent Walton homered to lead off the seventh inning as the Stockton Ports beat the Bakersfield Blaze 4-3 in the regular-season finale Monday afternoon at Sam Lynn Ball Park.

The Blaze finished the season 67-73 overall, but saw an nine-game improvement during the second half in the North Division.
